What band are you dying to see live in concert that you've never seen before? Would you travel to a different city or state just to see them?

This is not even a question. Coldplay. I would go to another country to see them, if I had the funds. Kthxbai.

Who is your oldest friend (i.e., the friend you have known the longest)? How often do you see or talk to each other? Do your close friends tend to stay the same year after year or change over time?

This question makes me laugh because the friend I've had for the longest is [info]kell887  and she's been my bestie for ten years. We're still friends. In fact, she's my college roomie. Funny how life bring you those people, eh?

Title: Silly
Fandom: Fake News
Characters/Pairing: Jon/Stephen

Have you had an earworm lately? Exorcise it by inflicting it on your friendslist. Post the lyrics or - even better - a video.

I almost always have several songs looping through my head during the day. My brain is incredibly musically adhesive.

In an aside, this is possibly one of my favorite videos ever.

AND...

This seems to have become my anthem, btdubs.

LET'S NOT FORGET...

Jordan made his own music video to this. It was cool. ^.^

All three of these have been playing on repeat in my brain allllllll day.

What is the most beautiful view you've ever seen? Have you been there, or do you plan to visit? If you have one, share a picture.

Most beautiful place I've ever been-- Delphi, Greece.

But this summer, I'm going to the Swiss Alps, so who knows?

So...I need some help. I just got home for Easter break and discovered that my old Dell computer had eaten all of the iTunes files that I hadn't gotten switched over to my Mac yet. Since it was originally set up to work on Windows, I have to delete all music from my iPod before I can use it with my Mac, so there's no way for me to get these songs back.

This is where you guys come in. I'm going to post a list of music that I'm missing and if you have any of it/know where I can get any of it, would you mention it in the comments? Because some of my favorite stuff has been lost in this transition and it really bums me out.

Thanks for the help!

When times are tough or you're feeling down, what's the one food you can count on to make you feel better?

There's nothing better than a mug of hot tea (prettty much any kind will do) and swiss cheese. Yes. Slices of swiss cheese comfort me. As does macaroni and cheese and 'roni's and V8 juice, the family specialty.

It's the winter solstice in the Northern hemisphere, summer solstice in the Southern hemisphere, and Haiku Day in the U.S. Does that inspire you to write a three-line poem with five syllables in the first and last lines and seven in the middle line?

I found an interesting variation on the ten music drabble challenges while wandering around

[info]shawn_gus .

Rules:
- Pick a book, at least 100 pages long
- Write a drabble for the first full-sentence on the pages that are a multiple of ten. (10, 20, 30, and so on.)

I'm using Shakespeare's As You Like It. XD Starting with page 30, since everything before that is introduction.

A/N: Lots of these are experimental, so bear with me. Some are pairings, some are gen, some are slash. None beat out a PG rating. I don't own any of them. Read and enjoy.

Do you think Heath Ledger deserves the Oscar for his role in the Dark Knight?

Submitted By [info]quinnpuddin

I  guess I have to reiterate because apparently it didn't save my first reply. Ledger was AMAZING, what with all the different little things, like the posture, voice and facial expressions. I have absolutely no qualms in saying that he deserves an Oscar for his performance, and I would say the same if he were still alive today.
